My husband and I had this spot on our must-try list, and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious. We especially loved the outdoor seating—it made the whole experience feel relaxed and inviting. Our fish was fried to perfection, and we had a blast sampling all the different sauces. The 75 sauce was hands-down my favorite! We also grabbed an order of the BBQ chicken egg rolls to go, and wow—those were amazing too.

8/11/25: I only found this place because youtube feed showed me their channel, and the name indicated it was, well, in detroit. So after watching a few of the owner's videos, I had to see what it was all about. I got 1 chicken and 1 steak sandwich(both came with fries) and a drink. The overall quality of the sandwiches was great, but I didn't like the sauces they used; not because of a quality aspect though, I just didn't vibe with the flavor. The strawberry lemonade was pretty good. As was the fries(I think you can have them seasoned; 1 was cajun, the other, cilantro garlic). Service was pretty standard; no glaring issues, but not particularly impressive either. Not that I expect much; its a food truck; not much room to do anything. Will certainly come back to try some other things.

We drove all the way from Toronto to Detroit to try the food. It was good however we expected more. The food portions are large which is nice However here are our notes: - it too spicy would have preferred to have spicy dip on the side - the sandwiches are loaded with sauces while they are already tasty without too much sauces I feel like the sandwich will be awesome if these are taken into consideration. Overall sandwich rating 7.5/10

Every time we enter Detroit, this is out first stop. I truly love this food truck! I The staff are hustling and bustling like crazy, for filling take out orders, seating customers and just handling the long line ups! You cannot beat this food truck, the delicious cheese steak sandwich with garlic fries is outta this world. You take a bite into the sandwich it just drips into your mouth. The homemade bread, sauce and garlic absolutely divine. The flavours explode in your mouth. The last four years we have been making this place our pit stop. It’s better than dining in at a restaurant. The staff alone working so hard and aiming to please is enough for me to come back year after year. They are definitely doing something right! Keep up the fantastic work you guys deserve every credit given to you! The outdoor seating area is spacious, there are umbrellas in case it rains. It looks fabulous!

Detroit 75 is already well known for a reason, and my experience matched the hype. The service was good, and what stood out the most was the freshness of the food. Every sandwich I have tried here comes together really well, with flavors that balance each other instead of fighting for attention. You can tell they put effort into the quality and the prep. The fries were phenomenal, and as someone who loves sauces, I appreciated how many options they had. Portion sizes are solid for the price, and you definitely leave feeling satisfied. If you are craving a good sub style sandwich that feels fresh and well made, this is the place.

Great sandwich. I tried their signature philly sandwich. Worth it. The bread is crispy. Their bbq chicken rolls were amazing too. Absolutly a must try joint in Detroit.

5 stars food & 5 stars service overall but better visit spring or summer time where you can enjoy outdoor seating. Industrial zone area food truck with a view on the ambassador bridge that connects US & Canada gives this place a real Detroit feel. Big presence on social media backed by an owner operator who's grit & work ethics trickles down to every staff member down to the sandwiches & sauces. A bit heavy on salt but then again it's French fries (or freedom fries) call it what you wish. Last but not be aware that they only open weekdays & close on weekends & although it's an inconvenience for some but it also goes a long way to show management care for business and staff. My favorite as almost everyone else's is the Philly Steak Sandwich and it comes in a generous portion and fairly priced but not on the cheap side but it reflects you're getting quality ingredients and not the stray alley cats or dogs butchered in back street. Finally, they only serve lemonade & non carbonated drinks but you can find Pop/Soda at gas station in same lot. Personally, I lived in Michigan suburbs & never visited before moving downtown only because they closed weekends but now it's my go to lunch break getaway. I believe Detroit75 has become a Motown landmark not to be missed.

We had this place saved for way too long and finally got to try it, totally worth the wait! The veggie sandwich was really tasty and packed with flavor, and the garlic cilantro fries were perfectly crispy and delicious. Definitely coming back!
